Have a professional inspect and service your heating system to ensure it’s running efficiently and safely. Don’t forget to replace the furnace filter!
Trim trees and shrubs and prune dead branches to prevent damage to your home during windy conditions.
Winter weather can make damaged driveways and walkways worse. Inspect and repair any issues to prevent additional damage.
Seal air leaks with caulk or weatherstripping to close gaps around windows, doors, and other openings. This will prevent drafts and improve energy efficiency.
Check your gutters for damage and ensure they are securely attached to the house. Make sure to clean downspouts to prevent debris from accumulating.
