• Clean Refrigerator Coils – The coils under the fridge have a tendency to accumulate dust and pet hair. Cleaning them can help your fridge run more economically

• Hose Down Your Air Conditioner Unit – A/Cs tend to collect dirt and debris over time, which reduces their efficiency. Use a garden hose to spray the unit with water to remove buildup. Also, remove any nearby weeds or plants that could grow inside the unit.

• Check Gutters and Downspouts – Safely clear all debris from gutters and downspouts to ensure water drains away from the house. This is especially important following storms.

• Inspect Driveways and Walkways – Inspect the pavement for cracks and holes. Remedy them to avoid accidental slips and falls and to avoid larger repairs in the future.
