Program Associate – Inspections

Housing Unlimited, Inc.

10 hours/week

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Program Associate – Inspections of Housing Unlimited, Inc. (HUI) has responsibility for the following primary goals:

• Office administrative and fundraising matters including, but not limited to, light bookkeeping, filing court paperwork, general filing, mailings, data entry, communications to HUI tenants and other stakeholders, etc.; and

• Inspection of properties Mon-Thurs for the HUI affordable rental inventory.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Conduct inspections of HUI homes Mon-Thurs to ensure HUI homes meet HUI “cleanliness” standards;

• Assist in the implementation of annual appeals and special events; and

• Other duties as assigned.

Supervision and Direction

The Program Associate reports directly to and receives monthly performance evaluations from the Director of Office Operations.
