For over 15 years, we have been providing permanent, affordable independent housing for adults with psychiatric disabilities in Montgomery County. By making a planned gift, you can enhance our ability to expand and strengthen our housing program in the decades to come.

There are many ways to make a charitable planned gift, and quite a few have significant tax advantages.  We invite you to consider....

• donation of real estate and appreciated securities to HUI. You can maximize your gift to HUI while eliminating capital gains taxes on appreciated securities that are transferred to and sold by HUI.
• giving opportunities that do not have an immediate financial impact on you and your family.  You can name HUI as a beneficiary or contingency beneficiary of your will, retirement plan or life insurance policy.
