What's New

FCP Serves Renovation Project

Federal Capital Partners put together a great team to tackle a major renovation project.  This two bedroom home is now ready to take two new tenants off our waiting list and into a new home.

Thanks to Lacy Rice, Brian Stai, Summer Haltli and Sarah Talbot who recruited the pro bono contractors and coordinated the project. Team members included Kim Richey (East Coast Building Supply), John Agrusti (Manders Decorating), Bobby Farrar - Brian Ashby - Tommy O'Connor (O'Connor Plumbing & Heating), Steve Brocato (SB Floors, LLC), Dalibor Karlicic (Apartment Turnovers), John Richardson (Bay Lighting), Paco Lopez (Central Wholesalers, Inc), Steve Manion (Design House Kitchens & Appliances), Adam Johnson (Thunderhill Electrical) and Gilles Deconcilio.

Deloitte Impact Day Volunteers

Terrific weather and a determined team of volunteers from Deloitte helped to ensure that tenants at one of our single family homes will have beautiful landscaping this summer and beyond.  Led by Board Members Kurt Denchfield (Denchfield Landscaping) and Diane Mars (Deloitte), the team pruned, weeded, dug and mulched on a beautiful Friday afternoon.
